Collaborative Divorce
Collaborative Divorce utilizes a non-adversarial approach that empowers couples to come together, without the Court’s interjection, to establish workable outcomes for the specific needs of their family. Both parties select a collaborative divorce attorney and then work together to accomplish common goals and interests for the family.

Collaborative Mediation
In collaborative mediation, the mediator will address the legal aspects of the divorce centered around assisting the parties with a full-disclosure of assets/debts and options for distribution of the marital estate, determining support responsibilities (when appropriate) and the drafting of necessary paperwork to submit to the court to conclude the divorce.
